These terms cover your use of Killer Cast (playkillercast.com). By creating a party, joining as a guest or buying a case you agree to them. They’re written to be read.
The product
- Killer Cast creates a custom, fictional murder mystery party game for your group. Everything is digital: nothing is shipped.
- A purchase covers one party: the case, invites, portraits, Evidence Locker, narrator, print kit and recap for that party. Re-casting is free until 24 hours before the party.
- Prices are one-time. There are no subscriptions.
Who can use it
- Hosts must be 18 or older. Guests who upload a selfie must confirm they are 18 or older.
- Content is written for PG-13 audiences. Family mode turns off photos and keeps the case gentle.
Your content
- Only upload a selfie of yourself, and only with your consent. Hosts should only enter details guests are happy to share.
- Don’t use Killer Cast to target, harass or embarrass anyone. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.
- You can use your recap, portraits and cast poster for personal sharing. The cases and artwork remain ours; please don’t resell them.
AI-generated content
Cases, portraits and narration are created with AI and checked automatically for fairness and safety. All characters, crimes and events are fictional. If something slips through that shouldn’t, tell us and we’ll fix it or refund you.

Liability
Killer Cast is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the party in question.
