Our refund promise

If your case doesn't work at your party, we refund you.

How it works

Before the party: changed your mind? Ask for a full refund any time before you start party mode. Founding reservations ($24, “refundable”) are refundable in full until launch and after.
At the party: if the case breaks (a clue goes missing, the story contradicts itself or the app won’t load), tell us within 7 days of the party and we’ll refund you in full. No forms, no interrogation.
How: use “Request a refund” on your host dashboard or email hello@playkillercast.com. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Every party is a one-time purchase. There is nothing to cancel and nothing renews.
